The regular session of the Pecherskiy District Court of Kyiv, where the criminal case concerning former Transport and Communic1ff8ation Minister Mykola Rudkovskiy was studied, took place yesterday. The process is on the stage of hearing of witnesses and is complicated by non-attendance of witnesses at the court, reports “Kommersant-Ukraina”.

The regular session of the Pecherskiy District Court of Kyiv on the case of Rudkovskiy started at 10.00 am and took place with the same participants, Prosecutor Valentyna Milostivaya having joined the participants.

The session lasted for several hours. The judge said that the next session will start on July 9.
